California Legislature Endorses State Benchmark Plan – September 2, 2012

California lawmakers have delivered two bills to Governor Jerry Brown’s desk that would adopt the Kaiser Small Group HMO 30 Plan as the California Health Benefit Exchange’s benchmark plan. California Governor Jerry Brown, however, has announced that he will call a special legislative session to discuss health reform issues.  See our chart for a more detailed update of the state of California’s exchange.
